Hello SinaNaser,

I have found this documentation who is treating NPX6Lite subject:

https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortigate/6.0.0/hardware-acceleration/246096/disabling-np6-np6xlite-and-np6lite-hardware-acceleration-fastpath

Could you please have a look on it and tell me if it helped?

Hello,

If you haven't done it yet, open TAC ticket, this is should be approved for RMA.

What version of FortiOS is it running? This hardware is relatively new so there might be some NP6Xlite issues the software hasn't caught(covered) up yet. I would immediately open a ticket in case like this as Adrian suggested so that TAC can determine which would be the case.
