FortiGate 1500 handle QinQ traffic

We are going to deploy the Fortigate 1500d stack and we need to find out if it can work in QinQ mode ("802.1ad" or "set vlanforward enable"), and if so, do all versions of FortiOS support it?

I found this article: https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortigate/7.0.2/administration-guide/78126/qinq

I think it is a FortiOS 7.0 feature since QinQ is not mentioned in any of the 6.4 administration guides that I've read through.

Thanks. It seems that in previous versions it was just called "vlanforward". And as far as I understood, reading different sources, it was always into all FortiGate devices, but I needed some kind of confirmation.
