Fortigate 101F log query

Hello Dears

I have queries about function of Fortigate101F.

I am managing some devices of Fortigate101F and I still do not aware how to generate logs from GUI or CLI

I would like to get logs like for 1 month of specific source IP

but in GUI I am only able to download only for few days or I have drag it down and have to wait for

like 10 min

Can you please share the guide how to create

Hello

Make sure you enabled +30 days log retention.

config log disk setting

set maximum-log-age 30

When requesting old logs from FG disk it may take a while to display, so you have to optimize your requests, e.g: instead of requesting the last 30 days logs, ask for logs between 28 and 30 days old.

PS: i think with FortiAnalyzer the log db engine should more performant.
