Fortigate 101E - No Generated Reports

Good Day,

Seeking for help, cannot Generate Local Reports 

already checked the settings still no reports generated 

System>Feature Select> Local Reports - On

Local Reorts>

Genarated Reportt - Daily

Time : 00:00

Log Settings>

Local Logs

Disk - On

Enable Local Reports - On

Enable Historical Fortiview - On

Local Traffic Log - On

Event Logging - On and enable all

GUI Preferences

Display Log From - Disk

Resolve Hostname - On

Resolve Unkown Apllication- On

Already Reload the fortigate101E and monitor for 24 Hours .. Still no Reports Generated although there is a log upon checking
