Fortigate 100E: Can't see interval in Fortiview --> Sources

Hi all,

We're using a Fortigate 100E that our ISP provides us as a service. It shared with another companies and with our old Fortigate 100D we were able to filter in Fortiview windows the time interval between now, 1 minute, 5 minutes, 1 hour and 24 hours if I remember.

Now I can't filter because I can't see that menu.

Our ISP has told us that is a problem because of the Fortigate is shared and is not possible.

Is that OK?

I attach an screenshot of the Log Settings.

I think that something should be wrong in any place because if it's supposed that we're watching realtime, if I download a big file for 5 minutes and I access to see me in that report, I'm not there...
