Fortigate 100D VPN with Windows no DNS server (not fortigate client)

Configured IPSec VPN so windows computers can make a VPN with the Fortigate for access with the network.

I configured the set ipv4-dns-server1 192.168.10.1

                        set domain "mydomain.local"

but when I am connect I see the DNS servers on the Windows station are the Default DNS server we can find under System DNS.

Also the the domain is not plased on the connection.

Under IPSec Tunnels

   Edit VPN Tunnel

     Network

      Use system DNS in mode config not set

Any ideas why I do not get this
