Fortigate 100d not accessing internet and not displaying disclaimer page or authentication

Hi everyone,

I am new to the fortigate appliance.

I am currently doing some testing.

Without the firewall and just the modem I have access to the internet.

We setup the Fortigate about a week ago and everything worked fine with captive portal with disclaimer page and authentication.

We want to setup two SSIDs one for employees and the next for guests.

I have two wifi interfaces configured one for guests and the next for staff

the one for staff has wpa2 with captive portal with just disclaimer page . Sometimes the disclaimer page does not show . When it shows after they accept disclaimer they cannot access internet.

for the guests wifi SSid I just have captive portal with disclaimer and then authentication page .

Nothing is showing when they connect to the guest SSID .

What have I done wrong :( Policies allow http and https traffic.

I created separate policies for each Wifi interface.

and I added ssid to the Access points.

Sigh ...help please
