Fortigate 1000C - Logging Issue

Friends,

I have Fortigate 1000c and I am tasked to remove the "open" (permit any any) policies from my existing setup. I don't have Analyzer or a Syslog server. I am using Fortigate Logs & Reports to fetch the traffic logs and configure them in specific policies.

But there are lot of issues which I have encountered. I have created a new specific policy through the traffic logs and I disabled ALL logging in it, but still I can see the logs for this policy in my Logs & Reports. Does anybody know how to totally avoid this policy to be shown in Logs & Reports?
