Fortigate 1000C 5.4.6 Unresposive

Dear all,

We are having an issue on the FGT 1000C with firmware version 5.4.6 to become unresponsive randomly multiple times during different hours some of them during low load weekend hours, and no access at all to the appliance is available even the console isn't accessible. An HQIP test was conducted and the final result was a total PASS.

The logs shows no performance issue and no threshold warning was logged and all the processing and memory units usage was at the normal rate. The IPS engine was enabled but after this incident occurred two times.
