fortiextender vm: can not get system status and extender status

Greeting all:

I'm the first time using the fortiextender to integrate with my fortigate. But when login to it and not able to get the sys status and extender status.

Also, per the document when fortiext port2 and fgt port2 are pingable, did the config at both fgt side and fext side, the fortiext does not appear in fgt for autentication.. Does any one know if the fext vm has any limitations if compare with physical boxes?
