FortiExtender 20D - Cannot add carrier?

Hi,

I am trying to add a carrier. After filling in the name, MCC / MNC values and saving I see the carrier appearing in the list. When I try to select the carrier from the pulldown menu when adding the SIM profile, I don't see it. Am I missing something?
