FortiExplorer offline install

Hello,

is there a version of FortiExplorer that is offline installable?

I need to install it on education-computers which are not online.

The online installer seems to save the actual installer under %AppData%\Fortinet\FortiExplorer\

I was able to execute it's contents on another machine without the online installer.

I'm also interested for a different problem.

I use a proxy and the download doesn't work with the installer.

Is there a direct link to download a recent version ?
