FortiEMS says license is expired but i already renewed it

Hi, im having an issue with my FortiEMS as it says that my license is about to expire but i already renewed it.

I already tried the function "Sync License now" on the Dashboard but it didn't help.

Is there any other way to get the EMS to read the new license?

Im using FortiEMS 7.2.4

Just in case there is someone else with this exact problem, the solution is to wait. 

FortiEMS was complaining about an expiring license until it actually expired and then is suddenly worked again.

Hi

Ensure that your EMS can contact Fortinet/FortiGuard.

You can check firewall logs if such traffic is blocked, or you may temporarily open all traffic from EMS to internet if you have any doubt.

You can also verify from the support portal for the EMS if the license is reflecting correctly

Hi @Magdalena ,

 

Technically, the renewed license will not replace the existing one immediately until the existing one is expired.
