FortiEMS no devices managed

Hi guys,

I have a problem with FortiEMS. I configured everything: group, domain, certificate, deployment, installer... but the client keeps staying on “unmanaged”. What's wrong? instead, if I send the “invitation” the device registers correctly.

Please, can you help me?
