FortiEMS and thunderbird

Hi

I have FortiEMS 6.4.8 and have problem with Thunderbird.

this is exaple log

W32/PossibleThreat, Last detected at: 2022-11-24 15:45:12, C:\Users\Dyzurny\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\9ms2l7at.default-release\ImapMail\powiat.tczew.pl\INBOX

and it's repeat many times. 

in TB i have cheked "allow antivirus clients to quarantine individual incoming messages" but no changes

 

there are too many messages in the inbox to check one by one. the problem occurs with several users

 

any ideas?

Hi

i find where the problem is. On Action On Virus Discovery i have selected option Deny Access to infected file. 

When i change to Deleted infected files, infected mailes was removed from TB.

Hi
