FortiEDR: Customizing Administrator Role

Hi everyone,
We're currently working with FortiEDR 6.2 and were wondering if it's possible to customize the Administrator role. Specifically, we’d like to grant access only to certain services or modules, rather than giving full administrative permissions. Has anyone done this or can share some guidance?

Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately no, the Administrator role cannot be customized. We do have a list of pre-defined user permissions outlined here https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortiedr/6.2.0/administration-guide/776468/users#:~:text=predefined%20user%20roles%3A-,Role,-Description which may help. Often times the "Senior Analyst" role is used which restricts access to the "ADMINISTRATION" tab.
