FortiEDR 5.0 course completion requirements

For the FCP - FortiEDR 5.0 Self-Paced course it says int he description that "After completing this course, you will be able to download your course completion certificate, and, if required, your (ISC)² letter."

But does the completion of the course simply mean a completion of the course material? Or does it also include the completion of the NSE5_EDR-5.0 exam (cost 200usd)?
