Question

FortiDeceptor Incident Time Format (UTC --> Local Time)

Hello,

We have noticed that the incident timestamps shown under the “Analysis” section in FortiDeceptor are displayed in UTC format. Is it possible to customize or configure this to reflect our local time zone (e.g., GMT+3)? If such a configuration is available through the interface, we would appreciate guidance on how to apply it.

We would appreciate your assistance and clarification on this matter.

Best Regards,

Hi Ismail

You can follow this guide to adjust the timezone.

Hi AEK,

Thanks for your reply but I also checked this document. System time is defined but it still shows as UTC.

Then you are probably hitting this known issue.

1093997The time zones in the Dashboard are not correct.

I don't see a workaround provided in the release notes. So I suggest to open a ticket, they may provide you with a workaround until they release a patch for that.
