FortiDDOS 400B can't fully shutdown

Hi i shutdown from web UI, but the device power is still turn on and Fan is still running, the LAN become red light. ?

is that normal ? is not after shutdown the device is will turn off?

Yes, the only way to fully shut down a FortiDDoS is to remove the power. The FortiDDoS platforms have no power switches.
