::Forticloud not sending any reports::

greetings,

 

I have few devices which linked to my FortiCloud account, from some reason, I stopped receiving from <noreply@forticloud.com>

daily/weekly Reports it is occurring on all the devices, and happened at once the last working logs was on 6/2/2016

Even when going manually to Reports > Reports and try send it manually its not sending.

When manually download it, I am able to read the report.

Nothing has been change at my mail-server side

 

any ideas?

    Issue has been sorted. I starts receiving the reports normally.

    I didn't done anything, on my side.

     

    I heard Gamil MX server had global issue, I don't know if this is connected somehow

    p.s My mail server isn't resides on google servers.
