Forticloud Logs/Reports not showing
Hi all,
I've recently registered to the forticloud service in order to monitor my traffic.
I'm using Fortigate 200d, Firmware 5.2.11 build 754.
In Log@Report -> Log Config -> Log Settings I checked the "send log to forticloud" box and got the green check mark on the connectivity. I also checked all boxes in the event logging. In the GUI preferences I set Display logs from forticloud and checked both check boxes.
When logging to the forticloud I see "NO Data" on all the boards. nothing is displayed.
1. How can I resolve this issue?
2. How can I set a specific view that shows the current network status and sends me the report (daily on a preset time)
