Forticloud can't login

Hi All:

 

I just can't login forticloud on my device recently...

It shows "Forticloud internal error", It works fine before,

Do any one know how to fix it?

Thanks in advance.

 

DUT FW version: v5.4.1,build5495 Forticloud:V3.2.0_502125

    I cannot login too, it has no place to input email address,  firmware version is 7.0

    please help

    Dear yyIT,

    is the FortiGate already registered in a support account?

    In that case, some time ago support and FortiCloud accounts were unified, and the FortiGate should use the email of the associated support account automatically for FortiCloud.
