I went to support.fortinet.com and I logged in to my account but there is this authentication error.

Can I ask for permission to access forticloud or do I need to create a new Customer account?

Do you have an account on support.fortinet.com with a registered product?  You can can't access the different cloud products unless you have registered products.

 

If you think you have an account and can't gain access, you can always email cs@fortinet.com
