FortiClientConfigurator availability

I am trying to find where I may obtain a copy of the Forticlientconfigurator 5.6.  Under images on the support site it is absent from the FortiClient Tools although it is in the file list (readme). I see there is an option to download it from the developer site but access is restricted and I do not plan on being a developer even though I wish to preconfigure client roll out.  Version 5.4 is downloadable but does not like the 5.6 licence.  Is there an other way to get a copy?
