Forticlient wont pop out before Windows login.

HI Guys, i using forticlient v5.2.1.0605 on Windows 7 Pro 64bit domain environment to connect SSL VPN before windows login. However, the client wont appear before windows login. I have to connect manually after login profile. Any ideas how to solve it? i tested reinstall but still dont works.

    If you backup the FortiClient XML configuration, find the section: <forticlient_configuration> <vpn> <options> <show_vpn_before_logon>1</show_vpn_before_logon> <use_windows_credentials>1</use_windows_credentials> </options> </vpn> </forticlient_configuration> Make sure the proper options are set, and restore the config if you had to make any changes.

    Do you have the checkbox enabled " start VPN before Login" in the Options ?

    Some software could affect FortiClient VPN before Windows logon... Try this. Backup the config, change it to <use_legacy_vpn_before_logon>1</use_legacy_vpn_before_logon>, restore this config.
