Forticlient, with EMS - problems with Mac's

Hi,

I have a mac user that have Forticlient installed, connected to EMS. He has all the policies.. vpn's,, webfilter and so on.

But still - he is able to surf porn :) Looks like the webfilter dont apply somehow ? any tips ?

A few things that have caught me out before.

1, Do you actually have WebFilter enabled in the EMS Profile applied to the Mac?

2, Is FortiProxy enabled (System Settings, FortiProxy.

3, Is the Mac in a group that has the webfilter applied?

How was FC installed on the Mac as there is an option to install it without the WebFilter feature.

Its there, for sure. Because I see the filter in the client itself. Proxy is enabled.
