FortiClient Windows Firewall Profile

We are using FortiClient SSL VPN for our users working from home. We are seeing an issue when some users connect, the Fortinet SSL VPN Virtual Ethernet adapter is not set as a "Domain Network" in Windows and therefore Domain Firewall Policies are not applied. If the Network Location Awareness service is restarted, the connection switches to a "Domain Network" as expected. FortiClient version: 6.0.6.0242
