Forticlient Windows 10 issue

Hi,

I admit to not being so familiar with our companys new forticleint software. However, I do know that it has ground all our Windows 10 users laptops to a halt this last week. Basically taking approx. 20 minutes to boot, another 10 to login.

We are using version 5.6.0.1075 AV signature 50.106 and AV engine 5.247 ( 64 bit version mainly).

I find that system restore crashes out, and anything other than an uninstall of the software doesn't help. So, we are left with the dilemma currently of running Windows 10 laptops on our network now without any antivirus software....until we have a solution to this mess. Has anyone encountered similar over the last week? thanks, Roy.
