FortiClient Webfilter Not Blocking Blocked Categories for HTTPS sites

I have Forticlients configured to block certain site categories which is active when the client is offline/off-net

When browsing to http:// sites that are in the blocked category, FortiClient blocks.

If browsing to a https:// site in the blocked category, it is allowed.

This is the same behaviour seen when SSL inspection is not enabled on the Fortigate.

Does Forticlient support SSL inspection does anyone know or experiencing the same problem.

I'm running Forticlient version 6.0.8 on Windows10, with EMS server version 6.0.8 build 0225
