FortiClient Web filter popup after update to 7.4.4

Getting the web filter pop continuously after updating to 7.4.4. Followed the below guide and that does resolve the issue.

I have been looking for away to enable these setting via Intune/GPO so users don't have to do it and am not finding anything useful or that I have gotten to work. 

Has anyone done this yet or how are you handling these popups?
