Hi,

we have some issue with some client, they get connected to the VPN, but the client doesn't set our internal DNS.

Hence user cannot access internal resources.

I found an old post talking about the same issue : https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/dc07e72f-3037-41d5-b0e1-9e9ae5743eba/forticlient-ssl-vpn-dns-server-priority-issue-cannot-reach-intranet-sites-with-both-public-and?forum=WinPreview2014General

Our client are using windows 10 with forticlient 6.2.6.0951

My Firewall is a fortigate 300D running v6.2.3 build1066 (GA)

Do you have any idea why the client could not set the DNS ?

Best regards,

In the vpn ssl settings, you define the dns servers you want to use.

Additionally, it is better also to define it under the specific portal that is being used for the user.

If some users are still not getting dns when on vpn, it may well be a static dns entry on their notebooks.
