I have windows 11 and when I instaled FortiClient 7.0.2 only VPN, so when I set configuration on VPN and get connect - it stuck on 98% and PC collapse on blue screen.

anyone know solution?

Hello,

It is advisable to use FCT 7.0.x only when your FortiGate is on FortiOS v7.0.x

Try using FCT v6.4.7 for Windows 11 otherwise.

well, now i dont know where is problem.

I instaled version 6.4.7 and configure connection and it is still the same.

98% and blue screen.

So I think that I have problem with my system, but what can by wrong.

If that's the case, it is most likely happen to your this particular PC only.

Unfortunately for FCT free version we cannot proceed further to troubleshoot.

You may try troubleshoot on:
Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections <Fortinet SSL VPN Virtual Ethernet Adapter>
Device Manager > Network Adapters > Fortinet SSL VPN Virtual Ethernet Adapter

Ok, I will try it on another PC with W11 for proof that I have something with my system, so thank you for help.
