The version is Forticlient 7.4

If anyone is still experiencing this issue, here a potential solution that worked for me.

Go into: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp

Delete Everything.

Then, run the ARM64 installer you can download from Fortinet

When the installer "ends prematurely", go into the same Temp file, find the folder FCT_{...}

Next, give admin access to Forticlient.msi and install it. It should install this time and work after restarting.

Try deleting the following cache file: 
C:\ProgramData\Applications\Cache\{15C7B361-A0B2-4E79-93E0-868B5000BA3F}\7.4.3.1790\FortiClientVPN.msi
That’s what did the trick for me. I’m on an ARM64 win PC, and this worked. the {} may be different, but as long as it contains the FortiClientVPN.msi , deleting it should do the trick
