forticlient vpn only doesn't work on macOS

i am using macOS sequioa 15 and when trying to install forticlient vpn, faced issue and can't proceed

downloading window takes too much time in downloading then got the error can't connect to update server Screenshot 2025-12-05 at 8.37.41 PM.png

Try download the full package directly from the support portal (support.fortinet.com).

You may need an active contract for that.

@doaa when you say you don't have contract, is that means you don't have any Fortinet product contract ?
