FortiClient VPN 7.0.8 and 7.2.3

Hi,

I have FortiClient VPN 7.0.8 installed on Windows 10 computers and working, if I upgrade to version 7.2.3 the vpn gets to 98% and gets stuck and finally times out, I see the following in the client logs.
