Dear All Off lately the forticlient stopped working and shows blank screen on start.I have uninstalled and reinstalled it many times with different versions but it all behaves the same. Below is screenshot. I even followed instructions in the below link https://docs.fortinet.com/document/forticlient/7.0.5/macos-release-notes/223986/special-notices but a few files are not available in my version. Below is the screenshot from the Security & Privacy Please help.

Dear All

Off lately the forticlient stopped working and shows blank screen on start.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it many times with different versions but it all behaves the same.

Below is screenshot.

As per FortiClient 7.0.5 release notes, macOS Mojave is not listed in the supported OS list.

Please downgrade to FortiClient 7.0.0 and see if it helps.

i am not able to find the 7.0.0 setup file for vpn only. Can you share the direct dmg file link.

Yes i am on macOS Mojave 12.4. Still not working

Indeed. As you can see above, it is not supported.

Uninstall 7.0.5 and install 6.4.8

Hi there,

I am having the exact same issue.
I think it has something to do with Maccleaner Pro or similar software- running a "clean cache" and / or "clean up" application which has removed some software needed for Forticlient and some other applications.

Does anyone know what might have been deleted and any idea how to check and re-instate whatever was cleaned?

Been reading through these replies and I haven't noticed a fix for this issue. Did I miss it, or is there no fix at this time. My client is running macOS Mojave Version 10.14.6 and gets a white screen using the latest VPN only client. Also gets just a connecting notice using 6.4.9
