FortiClient VPN 7.0.1 SSLVPN established but no internet accessible (No IP Address)

Hi Everybody,

 

I think this is a common issues on FortiClient VPN connection. I know there should have threads talking about this. but nothing help i am feel helpless at this moment.

As the title, I can established a SSLVPN connection to my client's VPN Server.

But it look no traffic, then i check the network card property which has no IP address assigned, and the DNS server is also not pingable.

 

Then i tried other devices, it was working no problem under the same network and different network. That only my computer is not working.

 

I search from a google for a day. Still no hope. I tried below methods. 

 

1. Re-install the FortiClient VPN

2. ipconfig /release, ipconfig /reset, ipconfig /flushdns

3. Clear all browser cache

4. Disable IPv6

7. FortiClient diagnostic tools, (It's look no error and warning)

 

Do anyone have the same problem and successfully solve the problem? Would you mind share your wisdom?

First, you need to know (if not yet) if the internet traffic should go through the server FGT or go out directly through the local internet. Then compare the routing table between working one and non-working one with "route print (win)" or "netstat -rn (mac)".
