FortiClient v6.0.2 Web-filtering Issues - Profiles not in Sync

Is anyone else having issues with FortiClient Web-filtering profiles being out-of-sync with EMS.

All predefined profiles correctly update, however "Security Risk" is Disabled on EMS but shows as Enabled on the Client ?

I've opened a TAC case but I need to get this resolved asap.

Also does anyone know a workaround to Display Block Notifications on HTTPS sites (instead of the page can not be displayed).
