I am getting it on a server running Windows Server 2008 R2 OS with all latest Windows Updates and DotNetFramework 4.7 installed.

We had this problem with many versions, 5.4.3 ran smoovely on our 2008r2, since the update on 5.6.2 we get on some servers this error after the user logon. After installing the windows feature ".Net Framework 3.5.1", the errors stopped : )

Hope that helps!
