forticlient uninstall

Hello,

We have had fortigate EMS in a test environment and one client installed. The server was uninstalled before the client did and i am now unable to uninstall the client. I was able to deregister the client in the console via the password but still shutdown and/or uninstall are unavailable.

Could someone provide me with the details on how to approach this?
