Forticlient stuck on "connecting"

I have been struggling with Forticlient for a few hours, It just hangs on "connecting"

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still doesn't work.

my credentials are correct and triple checked.

Please can someone help me

Does it show any connecting percentage value?

If not, try install MS Visual C++ Redistributable. It usually fixes such issue.

where and how do I download that?

Then go to section "Latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Version"
And select your platform (I guess x64).
