FortiClient stops at 31%

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with fortiClient it stops at 31% and right after I get this error message:

Unable to establish VPN connection. The VPN server may be unreachable. (-4006)

But the same Forticlient is able to connect to other SSL VPN customer, so I have this problem with only one customer
