FortiClient SSLVPN does not terminate at log off user

Hi,

If a user starts a vpn session, logs off and then a different user logs in, the vpn session is still up. Is there a setting to have the vpn close when a user logs off?

I did find System Settings > Endpoint Control > Log off when user logs out of Windows, but that doesn't seem to help. Auto Connect is off.
