FortiClient SSL VPN Stop communication on some laptop with win 10

I have configured Forticlient SSL VPN, and 50+ user connect with it. but some PC its stop communication during work, seems to be that SSL VPN portal (Forticlient-The Security Fabric Agent) connected but its stop sending and receiving packets from user side Need Help! Thanks
