Forticlient SSL VPN does not work with MacOSX

We have a Fortigate 5.0 firewall and a VPN ssl Configuration, this vpn works with Windows without problems, but with macosx 10.7/8/9 we have trouble. After Client installation on the mac (5.2) we made the same config as in the windows client but when we try to connect we got an error, that there is not enough information for connect, please check User password or certificate.

On the mac console we saw these message

04.11.14 11:41:18 [0x0-0x3c23c2].com.fortinet.FortiClientAgent[5679] klist: No credentials cache found while getting the ccache principal

But ridiculous ist, that on some Macclients it switched from work to not work, that means on some mac clients i could connect thru vpn, some minutes later we got an error message.

    Hi folks,

the problem is solved. The Problem was that  the  firewall runs out of memory and switched in conservation mode. So these was the effect  that sometime it works and a little later not.

I checked the memory and found that the ipsengine use nearly 20 -30 % of the memory. After a firmware upgrade the engine now uses 5-10 % of memory
