FortiClient silent install

Hello - We're getting ready to do a new FC deployment from an EMS server.  The deployment worked well in testing with one exception - the first user to log on after installation (or user that's already logged on during) gets the attached dialogue and screen.  Anyone know if there is a way to make this completely silent?  There's nothing here that the regular users need to see.  I found references to an installer configurator when researching, but haven't found where to get it, at least not for our version (6.0.5).
