FortiClient proxy blocking a site - HTTP Error 400 - The size of the request is too long.

Has anyone has an issue where the Forticlient is blocking a site with the 400 error?

I also get:

The request verb is invalid.

If I turn off proxy the site works.

Not sure what the cause it, the Fortigate passes the request ok.
