Forticlient not working on Windows 10 parallel

one of my users installed Windows 10 on his Macbook laptop.

we have issues connecting his forticlient after installation.

its goes to 40% and then hang there.

upon further troublshooting, we found that the forticlient SSL drivers are not installed/missing in the Windows 10 device manager.

How can we make it work since there are some corporate applications that need Windows 10 environment to work
