Forticlient not connecting

Hi there,

 

I am having an issue with Forticlient. I have installed it on multiple laptops and PC's but for the life of me, it is not working on ONE computer. I have done a fresh install with WIN10 Enterprise edition. Have setup an SSL VPN connection. After entering the credentials, I get the following error: 

Unable to establish the VPN connection. The VPN server may be unreachable.

This is at 10%

 

Is there something can be done to fix this?

    Hi all,

     

    It might be a SSL/TLS issue. Try changing the TLS settings under Internet Properties -> Advanced Settings.

    Hi ,

     

    @Prab , he is right .

     

    after Version 5.6.4 may those TLS setting need to enable on IE to connect  SSL VPN tunnel mode .
