Forticlient not asking for token on some machines yet work with SSL VPN?

Hi

One of our contraactors does not get the Fortitoken drop down when using Forticlient (6.0.90277), yet works over the SSL VPN web mode.  The Forticlient works however if you remove the Fortitoken???   Both the contractor and myself are on Windows 10 and he has tries on two machines yet his account works on my machine.

Have upgraded the Fortigate firmware from 6.0.6 to 6.0.8 and have the same issue.

I am at a loss if the Forticlient works witout the token, and the token works over SSL.  Has anyone else experienced this and has anyone found a resolve?
